    Yeah! Even i have bought several small items (bluetooth dongles and, earphones and cleaning cloths) and still haven't paid a cent as TAX... it arrived nicely and safely in snail mail! :)

    Yes but confirming the credit card is a tedious process... you have to wait till you get your next month's bank statement. Paypal will charge 1.95 USD from your account which will show up in your monthly statement along with a "CODE" of their own... Once you get the code, you have to use that...
