    This Speed Seems to be Normal :yes: , I must Try Azurus :D, with out UTorrent or BitTorrent Becouse Azurus has a Different Torrent Engine UTorrent and BitTorrent runs on sme Framework

    You Can Use Vista With 768 RAM ( I used Vista Home Basic with 384MB RAM on My old PC ) , Os is Not Slow,Your Graphics card may not Support Vista Aero Theme.So better to go for Windows Vista Starter or Windows Vista Home Basic :yes:
