    Heh, In JEDEC memory standards DDR2 has DDR400.But when specifying It usually has become a ritual to say like DDR2 xxx.For DDR,DDR xxx.Besides RAM manufacturers never wanted to make DDR2 400 RAMS.It is a useless thing.Like DDR3 1200.Hope u got what u want.
