    Sampath, macho, I think this applies to you: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894391 It mentions about a flaw in the SP2 that causes your problem. You'll need to update your windows. There are ways for you to change the XP Serial Number and then ask for an update, if you can get a valid serial...
