    I use open Suse, but its rarely used.

    yeah, I have my personal experience, I can say that more than 50% have failed. Its just to fill out a method to print array elements in reverse order. Its not on the question paper, but in the interview.

    For example some people failed to write a simple for loop at the interviews, so they are out from the interview. Also some joins the company and after 2-3 weeks leaves the company saying that the work is too hard for them. So we give some serious weight to institute.

    you can't test a person 100% from interviews, when interviews are conducted they do not target very much at programming language skills but basically analytical skills are targeted.
