    correct but very difficult to check all the lines for correct voltages. Btw the faulty railing is not dead and its giving 12V supply and suddenly voltage drops. So no way to check other than replace and check the PSU.

    Correct, but thanks to that design I still use that PSU in a machine with only 2 Drives.:) But I went through hell to find out the issue when my system started to freeze randomly.
