    Yes, you can. You can do City & Guilds and then do Engineering Council Exams(formally CIE). Check http://www.engc.org.uk/ But I'm not sure about this persons academic credentials.

    Thanks. How about the other quantity?. We can't get 1kg of ingredients with 8 cups of water or 10kg ingredients and 8 cups of water. Is there a some sort of measurement for water verses the actual amount of ingredients?
