    that is not an option for the ups...if there is a high voltage ups must normalize it and send it to the pc, that's what ups do right..:rolleyes:

    im not an expert on these kind of things, this is just my personal exp. :D as far as i know these kind of things will happen due to three reasons... bad ups bad power supply bad motherboard battery so if your friend has a good setup which doesn't have this problem then take your ups to that...

    oh i c....now there is a small test you can do....take your ups to one of your friends house and try cutting the main power and see if its happening there also...if yes then you know what to do....:yes: :yes: :yes: :yes:
