    It could be a virus. It happened to me some time ago and it was coz of a virus. And even though i managed to get rid of the virus the problem still remained until i reinstalled my OS:(

    HP / Compaq series Notebook laptops are good. (Im using one) A fairly good laptop will be around 1-1.5 lacks. But u can negotiate the prices by remving or adding partrs.
