    I have ordered a vehicle from japan through auction system at that time yen was 1.1, i got an invoice after one week and that time yen was 1.7. i have opened a LC also now. today yen rate is 1.8, Since the yen rate going up i'm thinking to cancel this. is there any way to do this?
