:shocked: yeah had a similar problem with AC2... Redeemed it the game didn't appear on the library.. I had to contact UBISOFT customer support to solve the problem... :yes: This is why i prefer steam... :yes:

delete "thecrew" folder in "my documents" (this doesn't delete your save) check file integrity in Uplay go to the install folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\The Crew (Worldwide)\Support ) and rename inshelper.exe to fuckoffuplay or whatever you want :lol...
