G-unit has done something similar i guess because this is not theirs. there's a "making of" video for diamond girl from scratch by Rles. He's a multi talented guy...

    Most of the loops available can be used legally with 2 or more instruments over it that is not included in the loop. So technically its not stealing..That's what they are made for so cant really blame anyone for using loops. But copying a melody entirely when that is the most important/catchy...
