This culture don't suit every company. It all depends on the attitude of the employees. Some may just have fun and fun only without working. (Theory X people) Only theory Y people will work while having fun. It's just the nature of human.

yeah it is a very long process and quite hard to get into Google if you don't deserve it... you know what I mean ;) Yep. They do give plenty of time for employee initiatives. They have a nice term for that which I can't remember. Even the Orkut community was an initiative by a normal...
