    As I've said somewhere else, it is the nature of the war. (US calls it collateral damage!) As an example: when LTTE explodes a bomb to kill a VIP in Colombo, innocent people also gets hurt. Because it is hard to explode a bomb directly targeting a particular person. (Bombs are not intelligent!)...
