    Ya thats DRM protection done by Windows Media Player When you add a protection tag to a specific audio track, then it can be only played on a one computer (Only your 1 :D)

    there r ways to hide the files rar and zip or put passwords.. or to lock them using specific softwares.. [folder lock etc;] but practically, that software must be available on the other computer too ;) ..
