Type -windowed in the launcher-->options-->command line then it will run in windowed mode.

Just because you dont get fraps support ur gonna re install everything and windows also :S ? Just do what nadish did Run the game in windowed mode and it click on monitor Aero Desktop and take SS with the desktop and crop the SS's out .
