    NBT and VAT are new additions. The others were already there. However, the other government levy should be 2.04, not 2.08. I will clarify it with the relevant people and update.

    Yes, that's right. This is a huge increase and still it is doubtful whether this will be implemented or not. However, Dialog has already started charging new rates from their prepaid connections.
