    The Q8200 is a lackluster in overclocking department.. But the E7400 is the other way around and considering it is like 7,8K cheaper than the Q8200 I would go with the E7400 if I were you.. And a Dual core CPU will withstand another 2,3 years IMO

    Ram 3GB ? :P and Why would he waste that much on mobo and less on CPU ? :confused: Dvd writer and a DVD rom ? and consider a 21.5" Samsung Full HD LCD Panel if you are going with a high end VGA :)
