    YES it should be Sinhala. But there should be help in other languages too.This issue was a main cause to some extent of so called ethnic problem.Lerning other 2nd language must be good anyway.If we make it a must, it will be a big benifit in the future.

    theres no law.If you have a trasmitter(sat) there can be.but for a reciver theres no laws.But you dnt have the service in Sri Lanka(for traffic control).so no use

    As far as I know modem is less trouble.But with the modem you'll get disconnected after 10hrs.Try reconfig & reconnectin check the transfer rate.(512Kbps) should be there
