mh I have not gone trought similar situations. Did you update your windows 7 My suggestion is do a harddisk checkup after computer starting (follow this way) http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Check-your-hard-disk-for-errors if still it is scanning hard disk.I think some thing...
