    I used to live near Dehradun many years ago. That small city doesn't need a highway to it's full distance. It's like having a highway to Haputale or Welimada. Modi is behaving just like Rajapakshes. Making his friends rich.

    Very good idea. They work hard and do a better quality job. When I was in SL working on a telecom project, We got some Chinese workers and they erected 30m telecom towers in just one day, fully aligned. Sri Lankan workers take two weeks.

    Yes but the full schols are usually for India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and China through the ministry of education. Check the ministry website for details Its impossible to get even a partial schol for bachelors from a good country. Only possibility is USA but you will need a perfect SAT score...
