    Yea ie sucks big time. I heard that claim about ff for windows is faster than linux but I am really not sure about it. Did you try Minefield(ff 3.6) and Opera 10beta? They are both very fast and if you havent already I strongly suggest you try them out.

    I was thinking bout putting up a poll but then again.. Not many know what they are. I also like kde it feels solid and better intergrated with k applications than gnome. But Don't you think it has waaay too many options when customizing?

    Hey I was just wondering how many of you are using KDE and how many are using gnome? I am currently kinda inbetween and i just wanted to know the pros and cons of the two desktops. I think KDE looks better but still kind of hard to get used to after too much gnome.

    go to Applications> Terminal Then type "cd Desktop" without quots press return Then type "sudo drivername" wihout quots and replace drivername with your driver name in the desktop. press return.
