    Well.. the E7200's SSE4.1 will give you an edge over the E5200 in Video encoding like stuff, It may come in to play in image/3D rendering too ( AFAIK still not). If you don't care much about overclocking go with the E7200 That doesn't mean that the E7200 cannot be overclocked.. :D

    Balanced.. and Cheap :) Get the Foxconn G31MX-K 2.0 Motherboard. most people say it (2.0) Overclocks well.. What abt the VGA ?
