theres no law.If you have a trasmitter(sat) there can be.but for a reciver theres no laws.But you dnt have the service in Sri Lanka(for traffic control).so no use- samruka

ADSL help
As far as I know modem is less trouble.But with the modem you'll get disconnected after 10hrs.Try reconfig & reconnectin check the transfer rate.(512Kbps) should be there- samruka
