    If ur running Vista, type 'reli' in you search are in the start menu. You will see a program called 'Reliability Performance Monitor'. Run it and click on 'Reliability Monitor'. You will see a diagram like the one we posted. Post a screen shot of that.

They cant keep inserting a serial every time they install windows on one of their machines. They Microsoft gives them a copy which is already activated...
