Computer SHUT DOWN PROBLEM ???? PL. HELP ME.

If there z no power button follow da procedure given above... But actually wat happens z when u press da start button Start menu opens and u can see letter 'u' is underlined in 'Turn off Computer' phrase.. that means wen u press 'u' 'Turn off Computer' z selected. Now u can see 'u' z underlined...
