as I know FUP is activate only on connection which are 1mbps or higher. even that FUP is not a speed limit like a dialog. after the limit you have to pay I think. speed limit is activated in 13 connections which are having the highest amount of downloads in the country. but for my Home Xpress...- amilabanuka
