    Launching means rev the car at 1st gear for some amount of RPM and let the clutch go while u go on full throttle Competition Clutch means more powerful and hard clutches build to replace stock clutches and those are expensive and hard

    when u do hard launching yes ull gve more stress for Clutch,pressure plate and for rear and center diff's but if u running a competition clutch then u have more power and clutch will last long
