honestly idk a shit abt PANDA sever. never played on it. but i've played GLK & LCGZ severs that both are hosted on SLT Colombo AFAIK. They ain't laggy for us. but when my friends in Ausi & Milano trying to play through those SL severs they are getting lag as hell. cuz of the sever distance. so...
