    Most of the world's population lives in the northern hemisphere and are wealthier than their counterparts.. The 1 billion or so people living in the southern hemisphere tend to have darker skin complexion in my observation, possibly from the Sun angle..

    Someone can explain why he was kept for 3 months in the police station..? In Aus you need to be produced before a Magistrate within a day or so.. It's the Magistrate, who will decide the next course of action..
