    There are no brokers in Kandy I think.. But you can start it just by sending a mail to a broker. They will tell you what to do. U can send all the docs by post... No issue!

    1st u have to open a CDS account. To do that u have to find a Stock Broker. Go to them. They will take care of the rest.... Anyway find a one with a good online trading facility. :)
