If u read this clearly, u can see that the first letter is addressed to Secretory of Ministry of Defense. (Mr. Gothabaya Rajapaksha). It's only CC'd to Sarath Fonseka. Letter request's for an appoinment to meet Secretory of defense. Second one is a quotation. Nothing important here...- Flyboy
