    First Try Teen's Software.. I think your codecs have corrupted... (If speed of PC is ok) Then Try Download Koepi's XviD Codec If no any Result. Then Try AVSync or AVI Audio Synchronizer Or You will have to format pc.. (TRY TURNING OFF ANTIVIRUS WHILE ENCODING)
