    512kbps means 512 kilo "bits" persecond. When you convert this to bytes it is around 512/8 = 64 Kilo "bytes" persecond. This is the theoretical "maximum" value and normally we will never get that 64KBps value. I have experienced a maximum around 57-59KBps. So your values are pretty normal.
