    i got same related problem in a foxconn motherboard 1. try to load the fail safe defaul & save it then try whether ot works 2. check CMOS jumpers are in the correct position 3. you can first try to update bios but make sure you BACKUP BIOS FIRST before doing ANYTHING 4. or else you better ask...

    You should have a cross cable Or you should have a Network switch Give Same range 2 IP addresses e.g. 192.168.1.1 & 192.168.1.2 after configere ping using cmd if it is working share folders then using run \\192.168.1.2 or 1 you will be able to access shared content
