    It can be your CPU fan... just remove your casings side panel and unplug all the HDDs DVD/CD ROMs and network or sound cards... just turn the pc on with ur ram cpu and vga... and use a pedestal fan to cool the cpu... so that u will knw whthr its a heat problem.... ehema karalath wada kare nattan...
