    Of course - Thats what I said , we need to use and see. Amy Operator in Sri Lanka should mention FUP because of TRC restrictions. I don't think they can implement FUP with this specific set up.... I am using. I will revert back when I pass 5 GB limit

    for 20/- --> within 30min ---->Even with a speed of 256kbps , you can download 56MB with Dialog new package.. 256*1/8*30*60*1/1024=56MB It will be definitely far more faster than 256 Kbps = 32 KB/s

    I don't think they would have a Fair user policy here. They are using their wiFi portal here. And it is using time limitation. I am 100% sure they can't have FUP technically. Better use it and confirm. Anyone will mention there is Fair User policy even it is not there because of TRC regulation!
