Sorry coz..MP3 audio files and MIDI files are fundamentally different. There is no direct way to convert one into the other. An MP3 is sound that has been digitized. Often MP3s are made from other types of digital sound, such as a standard music CD (technically, Compact Disk Digital Audio). MIDI files do not contain sounds, per se.  MIDI files are essentially instructions for music synthesizers.    Theoretically, a good MP3 will sound more lifelike, as it will be a good approximation of the original sound. It can also contain any sound in nature, such as voices.
