like i said some kind of sand boats or place stocks and pull and place the last stock at the begining and there where many peoples who pull the stones. and ofc well organized work
if they made a map to the treasures inside the pyramid, the grave plunders could steal stuff more easy + pharaoh = egyptans god = respect and fear.
