They didn't even recognized Palestinians as a independent people. That's why from the 50's to 70's Egypt and Jordan occupied Gaza and West bank. No Palestinian ever said anything about their independence in those days. Those Neighboring countries waged war to destroy Israel and Jews. They purposefully forced the Palestinians out of their homes and made them refugees. Still Egypt and Jordan has not given citizenship to those refugees or their decedents.</blockquote>
