Please be careful about 'fly by night' sites . If not known do not pay. There are lot of scams going around some sites vanished and money paid cannot be recovered. There was a programm on bbc radio last year on such scams. Losss may not be significant and that may be one reason these were not caught as no complaints were, made or investigated for obvious reasons.
Most of the countries do not have sufficient kits for them so it is unlikely they will sell outside. Eg UK, Aus, US
I was told that in Germany these are cheap so may be some luck there!

From what I hear Germany & Portugal these are sold at 2.50 Euro each. But they are allocated a certain number of free test kits per month.
