Sorry.. Wish and pray that you will get over this problem. Many do recover. Don't be too stressed about it.
But what I wrote is correct...It is almost what your Sinhalese article states.

There is evidence that the JAK inhibitors do work (also on some other dermatological conditions as well), but there are concerns about other serious health risks that might occur if these are used. Hence these are not used on humans yet. Researchers are working on selective inhibitors that could be less risky. Hope one day that happens.
