Airtel announced that they will not be charging for incomming and Dialog and others followed suit if not they would have been kiked out long time ago.Airtel had lot of issues before arrival and GR (Sec to MOD) also had a hand in that . It was believed corruption was the Entry Barrier for this .So they started on wrong foot and ended badly.Dialog in the meantime got Fiber Optic ! So in no time will dominate and dictate terms to customers</blockquote>
