hardly. There's no truth in any of things he had stated there.
Men's hot spots are not limited to the dick and women's hot spots are not all over their bodies. They wont be able to walk around without getting horny if that was true.
And his claim that girls shouldnt masturbate is cause they have 'complex' sex drive is totally bogus.
