However, the developed countries have made their laws to reduce that gap as much as possible, and yet they are trying to do so. Instead, our "never devoloping" countries do the other way like this. That's the simple reason that they are "not developed" or "will never be developed". That's exactly something that isn't right. Anyone must have the ability to object, and to talk against the wrong as he/she feels instead of some parts in the society such as military. That's why there's a separate military people with military law. The people who are in it are because of their own choices. Everyone doesn't want to join with the military, and that's right. That's why a country has a separate military and a separate civil bodies. Don't you understand that? In developed countries the law applies to everyone almost the same. If it isn't the case in Sri Lanka we should fight to improve that. If there are not proper laws and procedures avaliable the legislators must do that, and the president must guide to do that. The people such as you and me must fight, and force to do that. That institution must be independent. There are so many disastrous things in this act, which you can read those in point form in the second document (කොතලාවල පනත සම්බන්ධ ගැටළු) I have posted. I think you can understand sinhala, so go through them and tell us why they are wrong. I'm not beating around the bush, but you are the people who do so.
