The relevant acts do not show who should be selected and selection criteria for paid courses determined by relevant faculties (eg FGS) no where in the world such criteria stated in an Act due to obvious reasons.I can read but not with coloured glass.KDA was established when we did not allow foreign universities to set up campuses here , now the time has changed how many foreign campuses are here? So what is wrong in KDA conducting courses for money and being self reliant like PIM. UCSC and other such institutions also make money and train government and private employees so why not KDA if they have expertise.KDA was established in 1981 by an Act of Parliament for reasons given in the said act please read whey a special act was required for that in 1981. Present one is repealing that due to changes .</blockquote>
