වැල්ලවත්ත ප්‍රදේශයේ ඉන්ධන පිරවුම් හලකින් ඉන්ධන තොගයක් ලබා ගත් බවට වැල්ලවත්ත පොලිසියට ලද තොරතුරකට අනුව බදාදා (මාර්තු 18) රාත්‍රීයේදී අදාළ ඉන්ධන පිරවුම් හල අසලදී මෙම පුද්ගලයා වැල්ලවත්ත පොලීසිය විසින් අත්අඩංගුවට ගනු ලැබ තිබිණි.
ගල්කිස්ස මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණයට ඉදිරිපත් කෙරුණේ, ඉන් අනතුරුව ය.
