According to you, you are the one who knows the whole process. You should be a Director in Customs with your vast knowledge. Today I spent most of my time trying to release an access point from TRC for a company I'm a part of. So I can assure you I'm not your ordinary online buyer
Well I typed somthing more here but deleted it because I don't want to get to an arguement with you which will have no effect on both of our perspective. But I can assure you I have recovered some 'missing items' from customs and SL post couple of times now and there were couple of times it was trulely lost in customs and SL Post. Don't think the stuff you know is all what is there 
PS : When they say the billing addresses and info are unreadable that shit is gone. It is the easiest most pathetic exaplanation that can be given to justify failure.
