It's a chicken and egg situation: He wants residency to resign. He can't get residency until he resigns and has a regular passport. Wife left Sri Lanka with a US passport. Unconfirmed info is he is going to Singapore to try and secure a 'Global Investor' resident visa on an urgent basis. But he still can't do it as a head of state. So no clear plans yet.</p></blockquote><p></p>
