Now brother GR did the same and this time Court got it right. But many an investigation stopped including by supreme Court including investigation of Greek bond by then Central Bank Governor Mr Ajith Nivad Cabral. How come it bond investigation against Mr. Arjun Mahendran stopped(he did not ask such thing from Supreme Court). It is bad to stop investigation and or criminal action by a Superior Court and it is bad law. If the party is not satisfied an appeal can be made(eg Mr Lalith Weerathung appealed against his conviction but did not ask court to stop prosecution or investigation in to crimes)Let us be out of politics and try to understand what court said. This is no way finding GR guilty .He tried what his brother did and he also did in several cases and succeeded but not this time.</blockquote>
